About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with solid BPO recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for voice and non-voice processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bulk hiring, target-based recruitment, and multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Customer Service roles.
- Handle bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, sales and support processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, walk-ins and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds with Operations and hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates against open requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation and joining formalities.
- Track offer-to-join ratio and ensure maximum joining conversion.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.




- Work closely with Operations to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins and campus/virtual hiring initiatives.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Strong experience in bulk/BPO hiring.
- Experience hiring for voice, non-voice, customer service and sales profiles.
- Good knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight timelines.
- Good follow-up, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
