Role: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.

- Handle employee grievances, statutory grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.

- Manage Full & Final Settlements, exits, clearances and employee documentation.

- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave and HR records.

- Handle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal and separation processes.

- Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and compliance documentation.

- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

- Provide HR MIS and support management in employee-related matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or relevant field.

- Atleast 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile industry.

- Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, grievance handling and employee relations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently handle sensitive HR matters.
