Work model - 100% work from office (no hybrid or remote option)
Coverage - 24 x 5 operations (Monday to Friday, round the clock) supporting Americas, EMEA and APAC
Shift requirement - Rotational shifts including night shifts. Candidates must be flexible to rotate across shift windows as per business requirement.
Job Summary
- Experience in a people-management role within HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle or HR shared services.
- Proven service level and KPI ownership in a high-volume, multi-country HR process environment.
- Strong hands-on understanding of pre-hire and onboarding processes including background verification, right-to-work and I-9, immigration initiation, employment contract issuance, Manage Pending Hire, current hire data review, record management and payroll input.
- Practical experience with HCM or HRIS platforms and CRM-based case management, with the ability to interpret system data and workflow states.
- Workforce management capability covering rostering, capacity planning,
shrinkage management and intraday volume handling for a 24x5 operation.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to draft clear candidate-facing and client-facing communications.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to build and interpret performance dashboards.
- Willing to work from the Bangalore office five days a week and to rotate across shifts including nights.
Preferred
- Workday HCM knowledge will be an advantage, including Workday Recruiting, Onboarding or HCM Core.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Recruiting.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Apps or Power Automate exposure.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
- Experience supporting transition or knowledge transfer for a new managed services engagement.
- Power BI or an equivalent visualisation tool.
