4. Performance Management
5. HR Operations & Compliance
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
7. Coordination in Learning & Development

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in HRBP, Generalist HR, or Employee Relations.
- Experience in TPA, Insurance, Healthcare BPO, or related industries preferred.
- MS Office
