Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to separation, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, leave management, salary processing, and perks administration.
- Coordinate recruitment operations by designing job descriptions, developing interview questions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to employment law.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong understanding of employee life cycle management principles.
- Proficiency in payroll management systems (e.g., ADP) and ability to process complex payroll calculations.
- Experience with leave management software (e.g., Workday) or similar tools.
