Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional who can take ownership of people operations — from hiring the right talent to ensuring a disciplined and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring across roles
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
- Track attendance, punctuality, and enforce discipline policies
- Support performance management and coordinate feedback processes
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and policy compliance




- Address employee concerns and maintain a structured work workplace
- Contribute to building a performance-driven culture

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (preferably in startups or fast-paced environments)
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities
- High level of discipline, ownership, and accountability
