Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
