Roles & responsibilities

- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for the role.

- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Maintaining and updating the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.

- Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.

Preferred candidate profile

- HSC/Graduate Freshers or Experienced can apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..

- Strong understanding skills.

Salary Range

- 12k to 15k + Incentives (For Fresher)

- Upto 25k + Incentives (For Experienced)

Shift Timing:

- 10.30 am to 07.30 pm

Weekoff :

- Sunday fixed off, alternate Saturday off.
