Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for recent hires.

- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment).

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
