Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Cashiers, Wardens, Drivers, Supervisors and other site-level positions.
- Manpower planning & vacancy closure by coordinating with CPMs and Operations teams to meet hiring targets within TAT.
- Candidate sourcing & joining through job portals, referrals, agencies, walk-ins and local recruitment drives.
- Employee referral & local hiring by developing local candidate networks and driving the Employee Referral Program.
- Recruitment MIS & coordination track sourcing, selection, offers, joining, deployment, dropouts and share regular recruitment reports.
Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 2 to 4 yrs of Experience in Mass Hiring
