ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES* Partner with business leaders to support people initiatives aligned with business goals* Support talent budgeting and workforce planning in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) Drive implementation of the Performance Management System in alignment with corporate guidelines.
Identify and implement targeted interventions for performance enhancement, including action plans for employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
