We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support our HR department in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent prospect to start your career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & social media
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Handling initial telephonic interviews
- Assisting in onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Maintaining employee database and HR records in Excel/ HRMS
- Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID cards
- Assisting in attendance and leave management
