HR Executive – Recruitment Location: Noida Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks. Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups. Manage joining formalities and documentation. Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports. Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.

Ensure timely closure of assigned positions. Support other HR activities as required.

Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation. Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience in bulk hiring, BPO, staffing, or recruitment will be an advantage.
