Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.

Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare/coordinate suitable hiring plans.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates through initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.

Coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.

Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and candidate communication.

Negotiate salary, notice period and joining dates.

Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database.

Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.

Build talent pools for frequently required positions.

Track recruitment KPIs such as open positions, profiles sourced, interviews, selections, offers and joining ratio.

Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Continuously explore recent and cost-effective recruitment sources.

Strong experience in volume and lateral hiring.

Experience hiring for sales and technical roles will be preferred.

Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.

Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.

Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.
