We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as HR Recruiters on a commission-based basis.

The role involves sourcing candidates, communicating with applicants, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process.

This is a remote opportunity suitable for individuals interested in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
- Share job opportunities with potential candidates.
- Communicate with candidates and provide basic information about available positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment records.
- Promote job openings through appropriate online channels.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years




- Must be able to communicate in Hindi and English
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

Earnings are based on successful recruitment and performance. The applicable commission structure and terms will be explained clearly to selected candidates.
