We are looking for a energetic HR Recruiter who can build and manage a high-performing team and support the company’s growth across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and company culture.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Conduct training & development programs for various roles including sales, engineering, and technical teams.
- Maintain and manage attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance records.




- Support performance reviews and career growth planning.
- Assist in building HR support for field teams in multiple districts/states.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in EPC, or renewable energy).
- Solar industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams across locations.
