About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Interns to join our team under the NAPS program . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Operations.

The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to various HR operational activities, employee coordination, documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support the employee onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and employees for required documentation and information.




- Assist with joining formalities and employee communication.
- Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related data management.
- Help ensure proper maintenance of employee files and records.
- Assist the HR team with reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
- Support other HR and operational activities as assigned by the team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or candidates currently pursuing/recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates who are willing to learn and build a career in HR Operations.
