Role & responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR function for an organization of approximately 150-200 employees.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offers, and joining.

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, overtime, and employee discipline.

- Coordinate with Accounts for monthly payroll, including attendance, incentives, deductions, overtime, and other salary inputs.

- Develop and implement HR policies and processes covering attendance, leave, conduct, performance, recruitment, and employee grievances.

- Manage employee grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.

- Establish and manage a structured performance appraisal and KPI/KRA process in coordination with department heads.

- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, professional tax, minimum wages, POSH, and other applicable requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS,



organizational structure, headcount, attrition, and attendance reports.

- Identify training and development requirements and coordinate employee training and engagement initiatives.

- Work closely with management and department heads to improve employee productivity, accountability, retention, and overall HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably managing 100+ employees.

- Strong experience in HR generalist/HR operations.

- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.

- Ability to independently manage HR operations and work closely with senior management.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, trading, distribution, or a similar operational workplace is preferred.
