Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee-related activities in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for payroll, HR policies, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and overall employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, salary coordination, attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, rules, and company procedures.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.




- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related updates.
- Identify employee development and training requirements.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Education / EdTech sector.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR policies.
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employees across multiple departments.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
- Graduation/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹54,642.55 per month
