Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Marketing Manager to handle recruitment operations, candidate management, business development, and marketing activities.

Candidates with prior experience in job consultancy, recruitment agencies, staffing, or placement firms will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for various job openings.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage HR-related activities and employee coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and employers.

Marketing & Business Development

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote recruitment services.
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote job consultancy and recruitment services through online and offline channels.




- Coordinate social media and digital marketing activities.
- Track marketing performance and improve lead generation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Job consultancy/recruitment agency experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and lead-generation processes.
- Ability to manage both HR and marketing responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
