Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and support the organization in hiring the right talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

- Handle salary discussions and offer coordination.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
