Stipend & PPO

- First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month
- Next 3 Months: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Performance-Based)
- PPO: ₹15,000/month (Performance-Based)

About the Role UXDLAB Software is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding and corporate HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and skilled platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities




- Coordinate with employees and different departments.
- Assist in recruitment and other HR activities.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
