Profile

We're looking for a proactive, good communicator — ideally a recent HR graduate or someone with a genuine interest in HR and Recruitment — who's a fast learner and comfortable taking initiative. This role gives you real, hands-on exposure to how recruitment actually works for niche, SaaS-specific roles in a product-based IT environment, with growing responsibility as you learn.

What You'll Learn

- End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing, not just one piece of the funnel
- How to evaluate candidates for niche technical and SaaS-specific roles




- AI-based sourcing and screening tools used in modern recruitment
- Candidate and stakeholder coordination in a real, fast-moving hiring process

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for niche SaaS/product-based roles
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling end-to-end
- Use AI tools to support sourcing and screening
- Help evaluate candidates against role requirements
- Maintain and update hiring trackers and records
- Assist with broader HR operations and engagement events as needed

Requirements

- Recent graduate in HR (or related field), or a strong interest in HR/Recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive attitude and a fast learner
- Comfortable with Google Suite/MS Excel.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Hiring and other job portals
- Exposure to AI tools for sourcing/screening (good to have)
