As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with our People Operations and Talent Acquisition leads to bring structure, empathy, and innovation to our growing team.

Role &

- Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and tracking candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal ATS.
- Assist in onboarding recent hires by preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and guiding them through company tools and values.
- Help maintain and update employee records, HR policies, and internal documentation in a secure, organized manner.
- Co-create culture-building initiatives: employee feedback loops, recognition programs, and virtual engagement activities.




- Collaborate with leadership to gather data for HR analytics—turning insights into action for retention, engagement, and process improvement.
- Research and benchmark HR trends, tools, and best practices to support scaling our remote-first people operations.
