- Search and identify relevant job openings through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, and other job portals based on students skills and career paths.
- Coordinate and schedule student interviews with client companies and corporate partners.
- Regularly update students about job openings, interview schedules, and interview feedback through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with companies after interviews and maintain accurate records of interview outcomes.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and corporate representatives to generate continuous placement opportunities.
- Assist in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and employer interaction activities.
- Maintain accurate student placement databases and track placement performance.
- Prepare monthly placement and activity reports for management.
- Coordinate with Training, Counselling, and Management teams for student readiness and placement tracking.
- Handle student queries related to placements, resumes, interviews, and career opportunities.
- Perform other placement and HR-related activities as assigned by management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: BBA (HR) / MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR)
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Candidates with experience in Placement, Recruitment, Counselling, or Education will be preferred.
