About the Internship

Real Property Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.

This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations and employee coordination while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
- Support HR team in employee engagement and other HR activities.
- Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports.
- Learn and support day-to-day HR Operations.

Who Can Apply?

- Students / graduates pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com or related courses.




- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Positive, organised and proactive attitude.
- Candidates who can commit to the complete 6-month internship are preferred.
