We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant situated at sector 20, Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Employee documentation and personnel file management.
- Employee relations and grievance handling.
- Performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordination with plant management and employees.
- Support in statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
- Valuable knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
