HR Executive

Location: Ramdaspeth, Lokmat Building, Nagpur

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviews, selection & joining.
- Coordinate with candidates and management for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and basic HR documentation.
- Handle employee engagement activities and maintain valuable employee relations.
- Organize small office events, celebrations & activities.
- Should be comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools for preparing JDs, HR formats, messages and other basic HR work.
- Support day-to-day HR & Admin activities as required.
- Good communication, coordination and quick learning skills required.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who can independently manage recruitment and basic HR operations with minimal supervision. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
