· Recruitment TAT– Meeting recruitment TAT by meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly plan of recruitment.

· Special Campus Engagement – Ensuring the special campus engagement for Critical talent like (Strategic roles, Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics and Support Services staff)

· Vendor Empanel, engagement and performance review mechanism.

· Recruitment reports and Dashboard (Adhoc and Periodic) as per business requirement.

· Credentialling process for all the required roles to meet NABH/JCI related requirements.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
