Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee database.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll processing activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Manage induction and orientation programs for new employees.




- Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Positive knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
