About the Role
Tasgaonkar Group of Institutions is looking for a proactive, responsible, and people-oriented HR & Admin skilled to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities at our Chandhai Campus, Bhivpuri Road.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR functioning, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, recruitment support, employee engagement, statutory compliance coordination, and overall campus administration.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a skilled approach, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work effectively in an educational institution environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, joining documents, and HR databases.
- Coordinate the complete employee joining and onboarding process.
- Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and other HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with department heads/HODs regarding manpower requirements and employee-related concerns.
- Handle employee queries and resolve routine HR issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Coordinate recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, administrative, and support staff.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions and job postings.
- Screen CVs and coordinate candidate interviews with concerned departments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate documentation and background verification of selected candidates.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates as per manpower requirements.
1. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for monthly salary processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, deductions,
and other employee-related payroll inputs.
- Follow up on discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of employee benefits and statutory deductions.
1. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
- Support the organization in maintaining HR-related statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal departments for statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, labour-related compliance, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and updated.
- Assist during internal and external audits/inspections whenever required.
1. Campus Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the Chandhai Campus.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, vendors, and other support services.
- Monitor cleanliness, discipline, safety, and general administrative requirements of the campus.
- Maintain records of administrative activities, vendor details, contracts, and service-related documents.
- Coordinate repair, maintenance, and facility-related requirements with concerned teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of administrative issues raised by employees and departments.
1. Employee Engagement & Discipline
- Support employee engagement activities, meetings, events, celebrations, and training programs.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace environment.
- Assist management in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee complaints, warnings, and other HR communications.
- Support implementation of HR policies and organizational procedures.
1. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for management.
- Maintain HR MIS, attendance reports, recruitment trackers, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with the management, principals, HODs, faculty, and administrative teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending HR and administrative matters.
- Escalate important employee or administrative issues to senior management whenever required.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with multiple departments.
- Professional attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management, or
- Master's degree in HR/Personnel Management, or
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources/Administration.
Experience 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration is preferred.

- Timely submission of HR & Admin reports.

Reports To: Management / Authorized Senior HR or Administrative Head
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
