Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, hostels, and common areas.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain housekeeping schedules, checklists, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with Facility Management and other departments regarding housekeeping requirements.
- Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality,



Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a university, college, hospital, hotel, residential campus, or large facility.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and hygiene standards.
- Strong staff-management and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,966.13 - ₹35,259.50 per month
