We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who shares this passion for excellence and can lead our housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms, warm guest experiences, and operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort across the property. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate the housekeeping team while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff for efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.
- Plan staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and control housekeeping supplies,



inventory, and budgets.
- Ensure proper laundry operations and linen management.
- Maintain robust coordination with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement SOPs for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Focus on cost control without compromising on service quality.
- Drive staff motivation, discipline, and team-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Eye for detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage costs and resources efficiently.
