Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time role responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations across assigned properties. This hybrid position is based in North Goa, with on-site supervision required and some work-from-home tasks acceptable for planning, reporting, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, assigning duties, inspecting rooms and common areas, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

The role involves training team members, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, coordinating with front office and maintenance teams, and addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

and quality audits to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping and laundry teams, and manage schedules and performance.
- Candidates should possess Housekeeping expertise, including room inspection, cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including handling linens, stain removal basics, and ensuring timely, high-quality laundry operations.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues, resolve issues, and provide clear instructions.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals is highly beneficial; prior supervisory experience in housekeeping is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in North Goa in a hybrid arrangement, manage multiple properties, and adapt to versatile schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills for reporting, inventory tracking, and coordination; familiarity with housekeeping management systems is an advantage.
- Formal training or certification in hospitality management or housekeeping is a plus, along with a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Candidates must know how to resolve guest issues and find reasonable solutions to the guest to fix guest issues.
