Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, flexible, and proactive candidate to manage the day-to-day activities of our residential hostel in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will help create a safe and well-organized environment for students while ensuring the smooth functioning of the hostel and its facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily functioning of the hostel and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Handle emergencies calmly and coordinate support whenever required.
- Monitor student attendance, entry/exit records, and hostel guidelines.
- Ensure common areas, study spaces, and the library are clean, organized, and well utilized by students.
- Assist in filling hostel vacancies by coordinating with prospective students and supporting hostel admissions.




- Help ensure the hostel remains fully occupied and operates efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

- Valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Willing to stay at the hostel premises.
- Available to handle urgent situations whenever required.
- Comfortable travelling locally within Kottayam when needed.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and people management skills.
- A caring, responsible, and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
