Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct offline (home tuition) sessions for students of assigned classes, teaching Maths, Science, and/or other subjects as per the assignment.

- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the student's board/curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, IGCSE).

- Assess the student's current academic level and tailor teaching accordingly.

- Assign and check homework/practice work between sessions.

- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during home visits.

- Adapt teaching methods to suit the student's learning pace and style.

- Coordinate with Learning Cave's operations team for scheduling, session updates, and any student-related concerns.

- Ensure sessions are conducted for the full allotted duration of 75 minutes.

Eligibility :

- 1+ years of experience is required.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or related)



with robust subject knowledge.

- Prior experience in home tutoring, private coaching, or classroom teaching preferred.

- Strong command over the subject(s) and ability to explain concepts clearly to school-going students.

- Patient, disciplined, and comfortable working one-on-one with students of varying learning paces.

- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi as needed.

- Punctual and reliable, with a willingness to travel to the student's residence for offline sessions.

- Basic familiarity with school curricula (CBSE / ICSE / State Board / IB / IGCSE) relevant to assigned classes.

- Should be based in or willing to commute within Pune for home tuition assignments.
