Role Description The Holiday Package Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves designing customized holiday itineraries, selecting suitable accommodations and experiences, and coordinating transportation and activities according to client preferences and budgets.

The Holiday Package

Planner will communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored travel options, and provide timely updates and support before and during trips. The role includes liaising with vetted partners and suppliers, managing bookings and confirmations,



and ensuring all logistics run smoothly. The planner will also contribute to improving package offerings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting promotional efforts for new destinations or seasonal travel themes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in itinerary planning, destination research, and organizing end-to-end travel logistics.
- Proficiency in client communication, consultation, and relationship management to understand and meet traveler expectations.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, hotels, and activity providers, including negotiation and service quality oversight.
- Ability to use travel booking tools, office productivity software, and basic CRM systems or databases.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes or travel disruptions.
- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field; a relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in Ahmedabad and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prior experience in luxury travel planning or high-end customer service is an advantage.
