Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Department (HOD) – MBA to lead the MBA department. The HOD will be responsible for academic planning, faculty leadership, student development, industry engagement, and ensuring compliance with AICTE/UGC and university regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MBA department
- Plan, implement, and review curriculum as per AICTE/University norms
- Manage and mentor faculty members; allocate workload and evaluate performance
- Ensure effective teaching–learning processes and academic discipline
- Oversee admissions, examinations, student progress, and placements
- Develop industry linkages for internships, live projects, and guest lectures
- Promote research, publications, FDPs, seminars, and conferences
- Maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation
- Support accreditation, inspections, and quality assurance activities
- Coordinate with management, IQAC, and other academic departments

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
