- Webinar ProgrammeOwnership :

- Plans, coordinates, andexecutes end-to-end webinar programmes across Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent delivery standards.

- Technical Webinar Management (ON24) :
N
- Manages all technical aspects of webinar delivery, including ON24 setup, configuration, scheduling, live session execution, and post-event processing.
N
- Content & Speaker Coordination :
N
- Works closely with internal experts and external speakers to structure and deliver high-quality, engaging B2B webinar content.
N
- Workflow Design & Marketing Automation (Marketo) :
N
- Designs and implements automated workflows, nurture streams, and drip campaigns to support webinar journeys and lead management.
N
- Email Campaign Execution (Marketo) :
N
- Builds and executes webinar-related email campaigns in Marketo, including invitations, reminders, follow-ups, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
N
- Performance Tracking & Reporting :
N
- Monitors key webinar KPIs (registrations, attendance, engagement, conversion)



and provides structured reporting with actionable insights.

- Data-Driven Optimization :
N
- Analyzes webinar and campaign performance data, deriving clear recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and overall programme effectiveness.

nYour Qualifications:

- Minimum BachelorsDegree Graduate.
N
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
N

nAdditional Information:

- Proficient in ON24 for webinar and virtual event production, including setup, moderation, and analytics
N
- Proficient in Marketo, experience in using email analytics and dashboards in Marketo.
N
- Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, budgets, and ability to work with cross-functional international teams.

- Data-Driven Mindset to evaluate event performance and optimise future initiatives.
N
- Technical Agility to troubleshoot live issues and manage hybrid event environments.
N
- Robust communication skils for briefing speakers, aligning teams, and engaging audiences. (English C2 level)
