Domain knowledge

2 to 4 years hands on experience working in automotive wiring harness design and packaging of electrical/electronic components.

Extensive working experience in CATIA V5/ 3DX (Electrical Harness Design, Part Modelling, Surface design & 2D drawings)

- Positive experience of performing benchmarking, packaging studies on electrical/electronic components and defining their locations in vehicle.
- CAD experience in Wiring harness, wiring optimization studies and drawing creation.
- Capable to independently design attachment scheme or design brackets (Plastic/Sheetmetal brackets) is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub- Groups, Systems and Sub- Systems.
- Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle overseas Program Stake Holders & Suppliers.
- Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
- Highly committed and motivated. Should be a self-starter.
