NJob Overview:

NWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals. This hybrid role combines technical leadership and people management, requiring expertise in Database technologies, Datawarehouse with Data model, Python, and AI/ML concepts.

NThe role involves managing end-to-end project delivery and ensuring alignment with business strategy while fostering innovation in data and AI initiatives.

NJob Responsibility:

NLead and deliver multipleconcurrent data and AI-driven projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

NOwn the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

NServe as the single pointof contact for assigned projects, ensuring explicit communication with stakeholders.

NDrive Agile methodologiesto enhance delivery efficiency and adaptability.

NManage and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

NProvide hands-on technical leadership and people management

NGuide architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.

NDrive adoption of AI/ML solutions to support business goals (predictive analytics, automation, analytics use cases).

NEnsure best practices in code quality, data governance, performance tuning,



and security.

NIdentify opportunities toleverage AI/ML technologies to improve business processes and decision-making.

NLead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, developers, and analysts.

NPerform performance management, coaching, and career development of team members.

NAllocate resources effectively across projects in a matrix environment.

NFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

NTechnical/Required Skills:

N8+ years of Strong expertise in:

NDatabase technologies (Snowflake preferred);

Database design, development, and optimization

NPython programming

nData engineering, Data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and DWH with data modeling

NPython-based data engineering and automation solutions

NExperience in ETL development using PowerCenter, Data Stage, AWS preferred or any other ETL tool

NStrong capabilities in SQL development on any of the large-scale data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, SQL Server, etc.

NUnderstanding of SQL table structure and DDL – primary & foreign keys, required columns, naming and data typing standards - and why they are important.

NGeneral understanding of Data Warehousing technology, ETL processes – facts, dimensions, star and snowflake schemas, data warehouse schema layers, SCD

NExposure to AI/ML concepts and implementations in business contexts.
