NWe are seeking a high-caliber investment professional with a proven track record in institutional fund management and fundamental equity investing. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in equity markets, portfolio management, and special situations/event-driven opportunities, with the ability to generate superior risk-adjusted returns across market cycles.

NWhat You Must Have

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Fund Management, Asset Management, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIFs, Insurance Funds, Family Offices, or Institutional Investments.
N
- Demonstrated experiencemanaging or co-managing large institutional equity portfolios.

- Strong expertise in equity research, valuation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
N
- Experience across leading AMCs, PMS platforms, Mutual Funds, Insurance Funds, AIFs, or Institutional Investment Firms.
N
- Exposure to corporate actions, special situations, or event-driven investment opportunities is highly preferred.
N
- Proven track record of delivering consistent alpha and superior risk-adjusted returns.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage institutional equity portfolios while delivering superior long-term risk-adjusted returns.
N
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with fund objectives.
N
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities arising from mergers, demergers, buybacks, open offers, delistings, restructurings, and other corporate actions.
N
- Conduct detailed company, sector, and macroeconomic research to generate high-conviction investment ideas.
N
- Drive portfolio construction, position sizing, and risk management decisions.
N
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with investment mandates.
N
- Present investment recommendations, portfolio reviews, and market outlooks to senior management and investment committees.

- Collaborate with internal teams on investment strategy, research, and execution.

nPreferred Qualifications

NMBA (Finance), CFA, CA, FRM, or equivalent qualification.

NStrong understanding of Indian equity markets and institutional investing.

NExperience interacting with Investment Committees and senior stakeholders.
