NAbout the Role

nIWP Academy is looking for a passionate and creative Interior Designer / Interior Design Faculty to join our team in Jaipur.

NWe are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of interior design and enjoys teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in developing their creative and technical skills.

NWhether you are an experienced Interior Design Faculty member or an experienced Interior Designer who is interested in teaching, we would love to hear from you.

NKey Responsibilities

- Teach Interior Design concepts, principles, and techniques to students.
N
- Guide students in developing creative interior design concepts and projects.
N
- Teach space planning, furniture layouts, materials, color schemes, and design principles.
N
- Provide practical and industry-oriented knowledge to students.
N
- Guide students in creating drawings, presentations, mood boards, and design concepts.
N
- Help students understand industry practices and professional workflows.
N
- Evaluate student projects and provide constructive feedback.
N
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and project-based learning.
N
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.
N




- Maintain a positive, creative, and engaging classroom environment.
N

nRequired Skills

N

n
- Strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and concepts.
N
- Good understanding of space planning and design development.
N
- Knowledge of relevant interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
N
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
N
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and mentor students.
N
- Creative approach with an eye for detail.
N
- Practical/industry experience in Interior Design is preferred.

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
N
- Relevant professional or teaching experience will be preferred.
