About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our technology team in Australia. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and solutions.

This is an opportunity to work on meaningful technology projects while collaborating with developers, product teams, and other technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow software development, testing, security, and quality-assurance practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.




- Relevant professional experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in one or more commonly used languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar .
- Understanding of software development methodologies and version-control systems such as Git.
- Experience with databases, APIs, and software testing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented development team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience developing scalable web or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Understanding of software security and performance optimisation.
