We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Inbound Process. This role focuses on handling customer queries related to products and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to services.
- Resolve customer issues while following compliance guidelines.
- Document calls and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer experience with a professional approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduate/Graduate from a recognized university.
- 6 Months -3 years of Experience candidates can apply.
