We are hiring for the position of HR Payroll Executive at Butterfly Learning.

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Experience: 13 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.

Handle attendance, leave, LOP, incentives, deductions, and salary revisions.

Maintain employee records and payroll data in HRMS.

Manage Full Final (FF) settlements.

Prepare payroll MIS and reports.

Coordinate with HR and finance teams for salary processing.

Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and leave.

Support statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.

Requirements

Graduate in HR, Commerce, BBA, or a related field.

13 years of experience in HR payroll.

Good knowledge of payroll and attendance processes.

Hands-on Experience With HRMS/payroll Software Is Preferred.

Good Excel and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
