Role - HighRadius Consultant

Specification - HighRadius Finance SaaS Senior Application Support, responsible for advanced application support, troubleshooting, configuration, enhancements and operational stability of HighRadius solutions supporting Finance processes.

Responsibilities -

- Provide L2/L3/L4 functional and application support for HighRadius solutions covering O2C, AP and related Finance processes.
- Investigate and resolve complex application incidents, functional issues, integration failures and production problems.
- Perform detailed root-cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent corrective and preventive solutions.
- Configure and maintain HighRadius functionality based on approved business and operational requirements.
- Analyse enhancement requests and translate Finance business requirements into appropriate HighRadius configurations or solution changes.
- Work closely with Finance, business process owners, IT teams and HighRadius product/support teams to resolve application issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems and changes through ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and support processes.
- Support testing, validation and deployment of application fixes, configuration changes, patches and enhancements.
- Monitor recurring production issues, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to application stability and support automation.
- Maintain technical/functional documentation, knowledge articles, RCA records and reusable troubleshooting procedures to improve support effectiveness.

Requirement -

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)





Experience - 5+ years of hands-on HighRadius and/or relevant Finance SaaS experience, preferably in enterprise application support environments

Mandatory Skills (Must Have) -

- Positive functional understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Payable (AP) business processes.
- Proven experience providing L3/L4 application support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, configuration and enhancements.
- Strong experience performing root-cause analysis, problem management and coordinating complex issues across business, IT and vendor teams.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned application support processes, including incident, problem, change and service-request management.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have) -
- Knowledge of HighRadius Agentic AI capabilities and AI-enabled Finance automation use cases.
- Understanding of HighRadius modules such as Cash Application, Collections, Credit, Deductions, EIPP and/or Treasury.
- Knowledge of integrations between HighRadius and enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience supporting Finance SaaS upgrades, releases, patches, testing and production deployments.
- Understanding of Finance application interfaces, APIs, data flows, batch processes and integration troubleshooting.

- Structured & Analytical Thinking - Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation, problem-solving, traceability, and dependency-management capabilities.
