Customer Support Executive – Hebrew Language

Salary: Up to ₹16–20 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Verify candidates’ educational and employment backgrounds
- Communicate with candidates and organizations in English & Hebrew
- Conduct verification through calls, emails, database checks and online research
- Prepare verification reports and update internal systems
- Translate documents between Hebrew and English
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling candidate information
- Support other business functions as required

Eligibility & Skills:
- PUC / Any Degree
- Minimum 6 months International BPO Voice experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent English & Hebrew skills may also be considered
- Excellent written & spoken English and Hebrew
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Positive computer knowledge, MS Office and online research skills
