Role: Senior HR / HR Head

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and people-oriented HR leader who can take ownership of our entire HR function and help us build a stronger, more professional and more engaging organisation.

We are a growing footwear manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing units across Bahadurgarh and Mangolpuri, Delhi , and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, culture and innovation across all our locations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Build & Strengthen HR Systems

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes across all locations
- Professionalise HR systems, documentation and employee processes
- Create effective systems for attendance, leave, performance, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
- Ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across all units

People & Employee Management

- Act as a strong point of contact for employees across branches
- Improve employee discipline, communication and workplace culture
- Handle employee grievances and resolve people-related issues effectively
- Build a positive, respectful and high-performance work environment

Recruitment & Talent

- Take ownership of hiring across corporate and manufacturing functions
- Build a strong recruitment pipeline for blue-collar, staff and managerial positions
- Improve onboarding and employee retention
- Help us attract and retain high-quality talent

Performance & Growth

- Introduce structured performance management systems
- Develop KRAs/KPIs and appraisal processes
- Identify training and development needs
- Build career-growth frameworks for employees

You will be expected to introduce creative employee engagement initiatives across our branches — from recognition programs and team activities to celebrations, learning initiatives, wellness activities and creative ways of building a stronger company culture.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone who is

Experienced in manufacturing / factory environments

Strong in both people management and HR systems

Comfortable managing employees across multiple locations A problem solver who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions

Good at communication and conflict resolution

Comfortable working with both blue-collar and white-collar teams

Hands-on, proactive and energetic

Someone who genuinely enjoys building culture and working with people

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour compliance and employee relations

Willing to spend time on the shop floor and understand the real challenges of employees THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are not looking for someone who only wants to run payroll and maintain attendance.

We are looking for someone who can say:

“Give me the HR function, and I’ll build it.”

Someone who can bring structure + discipline + empathy + innovation to the organisation.
