We are looking for an experienced Head – Investment / Holding Companies to lead finance, taxation, treasury, governance and capital allocation for a group of investment and holding companies.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA & CS with 15 years of senior-level experience, with strong exposure to investment/holding company structures, value investing, long-term capital allocation and strategic financial management.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic thinker who can combine deep financial expertise with investment judgement, commercial acumen and disciplined capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Accounts, Finance, Taxation and financial reporting across investment and holding companies.
- Manage group consolidation, budgeting, MIS, forecasting and financial planning.
- Drive treasury, fund management, liquidity and capital allocation strategies.
- Provide strategic inputs on investments, value creation and long-term capital deployment.
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, tax and corporate governance compliance.
- Support M&A;, business restructuring, investments and other strategic transactions.
- Partner closely with Promoters, Board and senior management on financial and strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor finance, accounts and taxation teams while strengthening internal controls, systems and processes.
- Evaluate financial and investment decisions from a long-term value creation and risk-adjusted return perspective.

Ideal Candidate




- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) & Company Secretary (CS).
- 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience with investment companies, holding companies, family offices or diversified business groups.
- Strong understanding of value investing, capital allocation and long-term investment strategies.
- Excellent expertise across Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Treasury and Corporate Governance.
- Solid analytical, strategic, leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with Promoters, Boards and senior leadership.
- High integrity, commercial maturity and a long-term value creation mindset.
